Give yourself the boost you need with this delicious Lactofree smoothie made with raspberry chia jam.

Instructions

Step 1
  • In a blender, whizz together milk, yogurt and frozen banana until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
Step 2
  • Empty the smoothie mix into a glass and rinse out your blender. Then, to make the raspberry chia jam, lightly blend together the raspberries and white chia seeds for a few seconds.
Step 3
  • Gently pour the raspberry chia jam into your smoothie glass and stir in using a spoon to allow the jam mixture to blend evenly throughout the smoothie.
Enjoy!
Topping Suggestions

For an extra fruity smoothie, add some fresh raspberries and desiccated coconut to your glass.
