Gluten-free Cookies

Almond flour cookies that taste of cocoa, white chocolate and pistachios.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225 °. Melt the butter and let it cool. Stir together the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Mix almond flour and cocoa with bicarbonate and salt. Mix in the melted butter. Mix till a smooth dough is created.
Step 2
  • Form 20 balls and spread them out on trays lined with baking paper - not too close together or they will merge during cooking. Push in white chocolate and pistachios into the balls.
Step 3
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 5-7 minutes. When cooked, remove the cookies from the tray straight away.
