Fruits with Chocolate Sauce

Dark chocolate sauce, sprinkled with salt - great with fruit and ice cream.

Ingredients

Dark chocolate	100 g
Light chocolate	100 g
Whipped cream	250 ml
Unsalted butter	2 tbsp
Flake salt	tsp

Strawberries	250 g
Kiwi fruits	2
Cape gooseberry	1
Vanilla ice cream	500 ml

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the chocolate. Boil cream in a saucepan.

Step 2

Add chocolate and butter to the cream and let it melt while stirring. Sprinkle in the salt.

Step 3

Rinse and divide the strawberries. Cut the kiwi and cut into pieces. Dip the fruit in the chocolate sauce and serve with ice cream.
