Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the apples roughly. Pour the water into a bowl and stir in the yeast.

Step 2

  • Add apples and the other ingredients (keep a little flour). Beat the mixture well in a bowl.

Step 3

  • Cover the bowl with a lid and place the dough for rising in a warm place for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 4

  • Take the dough out on a floured table and knead it thoroughly. Add some or the rest of the flour.

Step 5

  • Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll them into buns. Spread the buns on trays on baking paper and let them rest under a lid for approximately 10 minutes.

Step 6

  • Brush with milk and put the buns at the top and bottom of the oven for baking. Baking time - 20 minutes at 175 ° - hot air.
