Ingredients: 2 tbsp curry powder Or Paste; 2 tbsp wheat flour; 2 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp mango chutney; 100 g chicken broth; 300 ml buttermilk; 1 tsp salt

A creamy spicy sauce that is perfect for chicken, pork and fish. Season with chilli for a little extra kick!

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the curry powder/paste and flour in butter in a pan about 1 minute.

Step 2

Add the mango chutney, broth and sour cream. Allow to boil for about 3 minutes and season with salt.
