Curry Sauce

A creamy spicy sauce that is perfect for chicken, pork and fish. Season with chilli for a little extra kick!

Instructions

Step 1
  • Fry the curry powder/paste and flour in butter in a pan about 1 minute.
Step 2
  • Add the mango chutney, broth and sour cream. Allow to boil for about 3 minutes and season with salt.
