Ingredients

Curry powder Or Paste
2 tbsp
Wheat flour
2 tbsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Mango chutney
2 tbsp
Chicken broth
100 g
Buttermilk
300 ml
Salt
1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Fry the curry powder/paste and flour in butter in a pan about 1 minute.

Step 2

  • Add the mango chutney, broth and sour cream. Allow to boil for about 3 minutes and season with salt.
