Ingredients: 150 g fresh cheese; 150 ml milk; 60 g caster sugar; 2 pinches Liquorice powder; 200 g Frozen blueberries

Ice lollies with an exciting flavour combination.

Ingredients

Fresh cheese	150 g
Milk	150 ml
Caster sugar	60 g
Liquorice powder	2 pinches
Frozen blueberries	200 g

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk together the cream cheese, milk, sugar and liquorice powder. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into glass or plastic moulds and set in freezer for at least 3 hours. Insert a stick after about 1 hour.
