Ingredients

150 g Cream cheese
150 ml Milk
60 g Caster sugar
2 pinches Liquorice powder
200 g Frozen blueberries

Instructions

Step 1

  • Whisk together the cream cheese, milk, sugar and liquorice powder. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 2

  • Pour the mixture into glass or plastic moulds and set in freezer for at least 3 hours. Insert a stick after about 1 hour.
