Ingredients

Banana

Semi-skimmed milk
600 ml
Almonds Flour
60 g
Honey
1 tsp
Crushed ice
100 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the banana into pieces and put in a blender with the milk, the almond flour and the honey. Then blend until smooth.

Step 2

  • Serve in glass with a lot of ice, preferably crushed.
