Vegetable Gratin

Vegetable Gratin

This vegetable gratin makes it easy to get more vegetables into your diet.

Ingredients

Coarsely Grated carrots

Potatoes (peeled)

Coarsely Grated parsnips
3
Freshly Chopped fresh parsley
40 g
Coarse salt
1 tsp
Pepper
1 pinch
Mornay sauce
½ litre

Instructions

Step 1

  • Grate the potatoes. Rinse them in cold water and dry them well.

Step 2

  • Mix the grated vegetables with parsley in a greased ovenproof dish (about 2 litres). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3

  • Pour Mornay Sauce over the vegetable gratin place in the middle of the oven. Serve the vegetable gratin with sliced cooked ham.

  • 50 minutes at 200 °
