Stewed Potatoes

Name: Stewed Potatoes
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients: 50 g butter; 1 kilo Small potatoes; 2 tbsp water; 400 ml cooking cream; 1½ tsp sea salt; 1 pinch Freshly pepper; 1 handful Chopped Fresh fresh parsley

Potatoes as your grandmother made them.

Ingredients

Butter	50 g
Small potatoes	1 kilo
Water	2 tbsp
Cooking cream	400 ml
Sea salt	1½ tsp
Freshly pepper	1 pinch
Chopped Fresh fresh parsley	1 handful

Instructions

Step 1

Wash, cook and cool the potatoes. Cut them into slices.

Step 2

Heat the butter and water, then add the cream, salt, pepper and potato slices.

Step 3

Heat the stewed potatoes and season.
