Sausage Couscous

A colourful couscous with sausages and vegetables. Great served with a good sauce!

Ingredients

Couscous	400 g
Water	400 ml
Chicken stock Cube	1
Chorizo sausages	3
White onion	1
Butter	5 g
Bell peppers	2

Creme fraiche	200 ml
Pressed garlic clove	1
Dijon mustard	1 tsp
Sambal sauce	1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the stock and stir in the couscous. Cover the pan and set aside for about 6 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the sausage into slices. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the peppers into pieces.

Step 3

Fry the sausage, onions and peppers in the butter in a large frying pan.

Step 4

Mix with the couscous. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl to make the sauce and serve it with the couscous mixture.
