Raw porridge with kefir is a delicious alternative to the traditional cooked porridge - this recipe is quick and will easily fit into your morning routine.


Step 1
  • Mix kefir, vanilla sugar, apple cubes and half of the oats together in a bowl.
Step 2
  • Mix the ingredients together with a hand blender until the porridge is mixed well.
Step 3
  • Stir in the rest of the oats into the porridge followed by the blueberries, mango and almonds - save some of the fruit and almonds to garnish.
Step 4
  • Serve the porridge in two bowls and decorate with the remaining fruit.
Step 5
  • Finally, drizzle the honey on top and enjoy!
