Potato Cakes
Potato cakes are made from grated potatoes. The classic way to serve is with fried pork and lingonberry or a fresh chicken salad.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the potatoes and mix with salt.

Shape into flat buns.

Fry them in butter, about 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown on medium heat.
