Pink Power Smoothie

This pretty-in-pink smoothie bowl is loaded with super-powered foods likes berries and chia seeds.

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries
100 g
Semi-skimmed milk
300 ml
Frozen raspberries
50 g
Frozen blueberries
50 g
Frozen banana

Ice cubes

Frozen berry mix (for topping)
50 g
Granola
2 tbsp
Toasted almond flakes
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a blender, whizz together the milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana and ice until smooth.

Step 2

  • Divide between 2 bowls. Top with the mixed frozen berries, granola, toasted almonds and chia seeds.
