Ingredients

1 Organic banana
300 ml Semi-skimmed milk
2 Pitted Organic dates
1 pinch Crush Organic cocoa
2 tbsp Organic chia seeds
1 pinch Cocoa For Garnish
50 ml Crushed ice

Instructions

Step 1

  • Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds.

Step 2

  • Stir in the seeds, and pour the mixture into a glass with ice.

Step 3

  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
