Oatmeal Cookies

Classic oat cakes that are super easy to make. Perfect to take with you on an excursion or to have with coffee or a glass of milk.

Ingredients

150 g Butter (room temperature)
120 g Caster sugar
150 g Oatmeal
90 g Wheat flour
1 pinch Salt
½ tsp Baking soda

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 175 °.

Step 2

  • Beat butter and caster sugar. Mix oatmeal, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, and pour into the butter/sugar. Mix into a dough.

Step 3

  • Divide it into pieces and roll into balls. Put onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Press each cookie ball down lightly.

Step 4

  • Bake in the middle of the oven 8-10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the tray.
