Mango Kefir Smoothie

Mango smoothie with kefir - a fruity and creamy kefir drink which you can enjoy for breakfast or as a refreshing afternoon snack.

Ingredients

400 Kefir
250 g Mangos (Diced)
2 tbsp Icing sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
6 cups Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1

  • Put the diced mango, icing sugar and lemon juice into a blender.

Step 2

  • Blend at the highest speed for around 45 seconds or until it has a smooth consistency.

Step 3

  • Pour the mango puree into two glasses and top with kefir.

Step 4

  • Add a few ice cubes and enjoy.
