Ingredients: 300 ml semi-skimmed milk; 200 ml whipped cream; 2 egg yolks; 80 g icing sugar; 2 tsp vanilla sugar; 2 tbsp White syrup

A delicious treat to enjoy after dinner or when you're craving something sweet!

Ingredients

300 ml Semi-skimmed milk
200 ml Whipped cream
2 Egg yolks
80 g Icing sugar
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
2 tbsp White syrup

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients in a round bottom bowl that holds about 1 litre. Place the bowl in the freezer and leave for at least 4 hours, stirring a few times.
