Cookies

Basic recipe for cookies with crisp edges and gooey insides. Eat them freshly baked with a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

200 g Butter
80 g Caster sugar
80 g Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
2 Eggs
240 g Wheat flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp Salt
100 g Dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 225 °. Melt the butter and let it cool.

Step 2

  • Stir together all the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Mix the flour with the bicarbonate of soda, salt and chopped chocolate. Stir the melted butter into the mixture.

Step 3

  • Stir to a smooth batter. Make 20 balls and put them well spread out on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

Step 4

  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove directly from the baking tray.
