Ingredients: 200 g cabbages; 200 g Red cabbages; 200 g Savoy cabbages; 50 g rocket leaves; 100 ml mayonnaise; 100 ml sour cream; 1 tsp salt

Crispy, creamy coleslaw on thinly sliced cabbage with mayonnaise and sour cream dressing. Top your finished coleslaw with rocket leaves.

Ingredients

Cabbages	200 g
Red cabbages	200 g
Savoy cabbages	200 g
Rocket leaves	50 g

Mayonnaise	100 ml
Sour cream	100 ml
Salt	1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Start by mixing all the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Cut the cabbages into thin slices, preferably on a mandolin or another slicer.

Step 3

Mix the cabbages with the dressing.

Step 4

Let the salad rest in the cool for at least an hour before serving. Top with rocket.
