Cinnamon Milk with Oatmeal and Blueberries

Blueberry is one of Sweden's superfoods - full of vitamins and antioxidants. Oatmeal contains fibre and iron, and complements the milk's nutritional content.

Ingredients

¾ tsp Ground cinnamon
300 ml Semi-skimmed milk
37½ g Oatmeal
1 Banana
200 g Blueberries

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a glass. Garnish with blueberries.
