Smoothie Bowl with Dates

A refreshing smoothie perfect for an everyday treat!

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl Mix

1 Avocado
1 Green apple
1 Banana
4 Dates
60 g Almonds
200 g Greek yogurt
100 ml Milk
2 tbsp Honey
30 g Spinach

Toppings

Chopped almonds
1 tsp Chia seeds
4 Strawberries
Blackberries
Sliced bananas
Granola
Green apples

Instructions

Step 1

  • Make sure all ingredients are cooled.

Step 2

  • Cut and slice avocados and apple into smaller pieces.

Step 3

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender, until they are smooth and creamy.

Step 4

  • Pour into bowls and finish with any toppings of your choice.
