Software development & Security

 

Software development plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of Arla’s global digital strategy. 

 

As a software development graduate, you’ll acquire expertise in building applications. This includes mastering both backend technologies like .NET and C#, front-end frameworks like React and Angular and analytics tools as Python, SQL and R.  

Your role will extend crafting and improving Infrastructure as code scripts, working with azure cloud services. 

As part of the software development area, security is highly prioritized, ensuring robust infrastructure – an exciting path if this is within your passion.

Data science/data engineer

Data plays a pivotal role and enable us to gain valuable insights.

As a Data Scientist you will be exploring possibilities to help Arla with state of the art models and algorithms based on data. You will use new data-driven technologies to solve critical business problems. 


As a Data Engineer you will drive the best practices around cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will help deliver data and advanced analytics across Arla's value chain and help enable colleagues to utilize data. 

Technology Business Development Engineer

To foster innovation, drive growth while navigating the the ever-evolving technological landscape is essential.

As a graduates in technology business development you will excel in various areas, including product/IT application, project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. They possess a strong understanding of production/IT systems, enabling them to integrate technology with machinery and operations management. You will play a crucial role in bridging IT and production to ensure that systems meet production requirements

UX

 

UX holds significant importance as it directly impacts our costumers and colleagues.

As a UX graduate, you will engage in collaborative efforts with users, developers, product owners, business change managers, and additional team members to create best-in-class user experiences. Your role will involve working with user research, conducting usability testing, creating user flows, facilitating workshops, and much more.

What makes an IT Graduate?

  • You are aiming towards a career in IT.

  • You have a strong interest in one of the areas: Software development, Data (data science/data engineering), Business development engineering or UX.

  • You are living in Denmark or Poland.

  • You have completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree no later than 1 year prior to the start of the IT graduate programme in September.

  • You have a curios mindset and want to explore and develop within your field of interest and grow into a future specialists.
