To become a part of our IT Graduate Programme, the first step is to send us an online application. Most importantly, it is a requirement to apply via the online recruitment system.

Your application must be in English and should include:

A motivational cover letter
Your CV
A transcript (or printout if you are yet to graduate)

2. Screening

Accepted Answer

For the IT Graduate Programme, we screen and evaluate candidates on an ongoing basis. We are looking forward to receiving your application, so please send it as soon as possible.

Once we have received your application, the IT Graduate Programme Lead will be the first to go through your cover letter and resume in close collaboration with the hiring manager.

3. Interview & Assessment

For the first interview you will meet the IT Graduate Programme Lead and a business representative. The interview is always a two-way process that allows us to learn about your skills and experiences, but it also allows you to get to know Arla and what we offer in the IT Graduate Programme to decide if Arla is the right place for you to grow and develop.

If both you and we see a great match, we will invite you for a second interview. Here, a Talent Acquisition Consultant will conduct the interview in cooperation with IT Graduate Programme Lead and a business representative. As a preparation for the second interview, you will be asked to complete a psychometric and problem solving assessment in order for us to gain an understanding of your preferred working style and problem solving skills.

Due to a flexible interview setup, the interviews will either be held online or at the office.

After the interview, you will receive feedback on whether you have been selected for this year’s IT Graduate Programme.
