Promotional Period:
The full Promotional Period will run from 00:01 2nd March 2026 to 23:59 21st June 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

If you didn't like the product: Fill out the appropriate online form including full name, email address and upload proof of purchase (clear photo of receipt or online order confirmation showing purchase of a Qualifying Promotional Arla product during the Promotional Period), along with the reason you didn't enjoy the product in a minimum of 20 words. GB bank account details will also be requested via a secure process for the purposes of the money back and GB delivery address will be requested for the purposes of the coupon. Customers who didn't like the product will be able to claim their money back to a maximum value of £3 and a coupon for another Qualifying Promotional Arla product.
If you did like the product: Fill out the appropriate online form including your full name, email address and upload proof of purchase (clear photo of receipt or online order confirmation showing purchase of a Qualifying Promotional Arla product during the Promotional Period) to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £500 Virgin Experience Days e-voucher.
Prizes/Rewards:
Customers who did not like the Qualifying Promotional Arla product will be able to claim:
- Their money back via BACS to a maximum value of £3, which is the maximum recommended retail price of Promotional Arla products

There are 5 prizes available to be won via the prize draw, each prize consists of the following:
- 1 x £500 Virgin Experience Days e-voucher
The Virgin Experience Day e-voucher can be used against a Virgin Experience Day found at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk. The voucher will expire after 12 months from the date of issue and is subject to T&Cs which can be found at https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
No cash or other alternative prize/reward will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize/reward of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.
Winner Selection:
All eligible entries from the 'if you did like the product' entry route will be entered into the prize draw. The provisional winners and 2 reserves will be selected via a randomised computer process on 22nd June 2026.
Winner Notification:
Provisional winners will be contacted by email to the email address provided on entry within 7 days and will have 14 days from initial notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide proof of ID, including date of birth (government issued photographic ID clearly showing the winner's date of birth) in order to claim their prize. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
In the event that the provisional winner does not respond in time, rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter will contact the first listed reserve who becomes the provisional winner and must comply with the same verification process in the same time frame. If after contacting all provisional winners and reserves the prize remains unclaimed, the prize can be declared void.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner, including junk folders.
Prize/Reward Delivery:
The money back reward will be fulfilled via BACS transfer to the GB bank details provided on entry within 10 working days of valid claim and completion of any verification process.
Coupons will be delivered to the delivery address provided on entry via Royal Mail 2nd Class within 28 days of valid claim and completion of any verification process.
The £500 Virgin Experience Days e-voucher prizes will be delivered via email to the email address provided on entry within 28 days of valid claim and completion of the verification process.
Winners List:
The Promoter will make available a list of Virgin Experience Days winners' surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting bobmbgt@fpp.net. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing bobmbgt@fpp.net. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
Verification:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries/claims including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the entrant's date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize/reward or withdraw prize/reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won/claimed using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners/customers failing to supply accurate information which affects prize/reward acceptance or delivery of their prize/reward.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries/claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries/claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Liability:
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes/rewards and/or the use of the prizes/rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant's entry to the Promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all Promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to its third-party agency, FPP Design Limited, solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
