There's been extra fun for children in Scotland thanks to distribution employees who won the Arla You Choose Challenge.
Jeff Spencer, senior traffic manager at Lockerbie, gave his share of the challenge's Outward Bound fund to his local primary school, in nearby Hightae.
Seven lucky pupils spent a weekend in March at Outward Bound's Ullswater centre and enjoyed being snowed in for an extra night.
"I wanted to give the children the chance to broaden their horizons and gain some new, important skills," said Jeff.
Hightae head teacher, Judith Jardine, said: "The children had an absolutely wonderful time."
Another Scottish school to benefit from Arla's support was St Patrick's in Coatbridge, thanks to Mark Traynor, who worked at Arla's former distribution depot in the town.
Two groups of 15-year-olds spent a week at Loch Eli Outward Bound centre near Ben Nevis.
Paul Riley, Outward Bound coordinator at the school, said: "Thanks to Arla's donation, children who wouldn't normally be given the opportunity to have an action-packed week away have really benefited from the experience."
The Arla You Choose Challenge, held last July in the Lake District, was a result of the company's commitment to the Outward Bound Trust following a visit to the former Leeds dairy by the Duke of York, a few years ago.
