Discover.., Arla's range of Mediterranean style cheeses, is extending its range with the introduction of three new products; Tomini, Creamy Blue and Mozzarella Slices.
Tomini is a mild creamy cheese which has been marinated in oil and infused with Italian Herbs or Italian Peperoncino to create two distinct varieties. Produced in the Piemonte area in Italy, Tomini is a traditional popular fresh cheese made of cow's milk, which has never been available in the UK before. Ideal for adding to a salad with roasted vegetables or slicing onto meat.
Also new to the range is Discover.. Creamy Blue - a creamy blue cheese with a subtle, milder flavour which is ideal for those who may find traditional blue cheeses a little too strong. Perfect for cooking and adding extra flavour to dishes, melting on steaks or for creating tasty sauces and soups.
The new Discover.. Mozzarella Slices combine the benefits of both fresh mozzarella and the longer lasting yellow mozzarella by offering a conveniently sliced product, which is extremely versatile. Ideal for pizza toppings, toasted bruschetta, open sandwiches or on its own.
