Ingredients

Makes 8 lollies

Number of portions

  • 600 g Arla Skyr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Mixed Berries (or fruit of your choice)
  • 4-6 tbsp Granola
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

Instructions

Wash the fruit/berries and cut into small pieces. if using natural Arla Skyr, mix with vanilla paste or honey to add flavour or sweetness. Alternatively, you can use one of the flavours from the Arla Skyr range.

if adding fresh fruit to your lollies, for the traditional 'layered' look of a professionally made lolly, add your flavoured Arla Skyr to your moulds first, leaving just enough of your yoghurt mix left over to mix with some freshly cut fruit.

Layer your fruit and Arla Skyr mix on top of your first layer, followed by some more chunky fresh fruit if you have space in your moulds - they should be around 3/4 full.

Top with the granola and press slightly into the filling. Drizzle the honey over the granola, so it sticks together. Push wooden sticks into the filling and freeze for at least 6 hours, better over night.

To easily remove the lollies from the mould, gently run under warm water to loosen.

Top Tip

Experiment with flavour and fruit combinations - add lemon and honey to your Arla Skyr for a refreshing citrus burst. Alternatively try mixing honey and peanut butter in for an addictively indulgent cold treat.
