A guilt-free dessert, weekend breakfast or to have as a luxurious snack. Make some rawnola beforehand and for the ice cream, utilise bananas that have turned brown by slicing and freezing them. You know you have finished when it is set!

Recipe for 6 Servings portions

  • 75 g Oatmeal
  • 8 Dates
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 90 g Flaked Coconut
  • 100 g Dried Blueberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 200 g Frozen Raspberries
  • 100 ml Water
  • 200 g Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Acai Powder
  • 1½ tbsp Honey



Step 1

Cut and chop the dates and mix with the oatmeal, coconut, rapeseed oil and dried blueberries.

Step 2

Spread out onto greaseproof paper on a plate or a tray.

Step 3

Allow to dry at room temperature for around 12 hours. Then mix with berries and store in jar with a lid.

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel and slice the bananas and leave them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Step 5

Mix the raspberries and the banana adding the water a little at a time.

Step 6

Mix with the yogurt, acai powder and honey together and leave in the freezer for about 1 hour. Serve with the rawnola and enjoy.
