Recipe for 6 Servings portions
- 75 g Oatmeal
- 8 Dates
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 90 g Flaked Coconut
- 100 g Dried Blueberries
- 2 Bananas
- 200 g Frozen Raspberries
- 100 ml Water
- 200 g Natural Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Acai Powder
- 1½ tbsp Honey
Cut and chop the dates and mix with the oatmeal, coconut, rapeseed oil and dried blueberries.
Spread out onto greaseproof paper on a plate or a tray.
Allow to dry at room temperature for around 12 hours. Then mix with berries and store in jar with a lid.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the bananas and leave them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Mix the raspberries and the banana adding the water a little at a time.
Mix with the yogurt, acai powder and honey together and leave in the freezer for about 1 hour. Serve with the rawnola and enjoy.
