A broad perspective

You are

The F15® programme challenges you as a high-performing graduate and requires a well-balanced mixture of professional skills, personality and motivation.

What makes an F15® Graduate?

There is no predefined definition of what makes an F15® Graduate and we encourage everyone to apply regardless of educational background. However, it is imperative that you are a recent university graduate who is globally mobile and who hast the commitment to make a difference in a diverse environment. It is essential that you have an entrepreneurial mindset; a fast mover with a strong personality, a keen interest in digital and that you have an in-depth understanding of current business- and market trends.

As a general rule, you need to have a university degree at either Bachelor's or Master's level within e.g. business, finance, management or engineering, but we keep an open mind towards other educational backgrounds as well.

Your grades reflect your success within your educational field, and fluency in English and international experiences from work or studies abroad are imperative criteria to join the programme. In addition, a student job with a certain amount of responsibility for tasks, training, teams or projects completes the ideal profile.
