Promoter:

Eligibility:

The Last Marble Standing Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) is open to GB residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Entries are limited to one per person per day.

 

Promotion open [1st June 2020 17:10 to 27th June 2020 23:59] (the “Promotional Period”).

 

All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions and participation signifies acceptance of these terms. 

 

How to Enter:

Visit https://www.arlafoods.co.uk/brands/arla-cravendale/last-marble-standing/enter/ (the “Website”) and enter your full name, a valid email address and the last 6 barcode digits found on your Cravendale bottle.

 

Prizes:

There are eight (8) prizes available to be won over the Promotional Period. Each prize consists of 1 x Cravendale Last Marble Standing Cards and 1 x Marble Action Figure Merchandise.

 

All prizes are offered subject to availability, and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No other expenses will be covered other than those that are expressly set out in these terms. No cash will be awarded in lieu of any prize or part of it. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

 

Prize Draws

A weekly prize draw will take place in respect of each week during the Promotional Period (three (3) weeks in total) and two (2) winners will be randomly selected (performed by a random number computer process) for each weekly prize draw from all of the valid entries received during the relevant week in which the entrant enters. The weekly prize draws will take place on [8th June 2020, 15th June 2020 and 27th June 2020] and the closing date for entries for each weekly prize draw will be midnight on the [7th June 2020, 14th June 2020 and 26th June 2020 respectively.]

 

Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) calendar days of each weekly prize draw. Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the winner within twenty eight (28) calendar days of the relevant weekly prize draw. The prizes will be delivered by Royal Mail with one attempt at delivery, if delivery is not possible it will be up to the prize winner to collect the package from the sorting office. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed packages. For any queries relating to prizes only, please contact hello@arlafoods.com. To obtain a copy of the winners’ list, please send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Promotor at the following address, within two (2) months after the end of the Promotional Period: Arla Last Marble Standing Winners List, Arla Consumer Care Team, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds, LS10 1AB.

 

The Website:

The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the Website is functioning correctly throughout the Promotional Period. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Website which affect the operation of the Promotion, howsoever caused.

 

Data Protection:

The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrants for the purposes of administering the Promotion. This includes contacting the winners via email and requesting a postal address from the winners to be used solely for the purpose of delivering the prize in the event of a win. General:

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details, which must be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, lost, corrupted, damaged or delayed entries. No correspondence will be entered into. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding.

 

If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

 

The Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including personal injury, death and fraud).

 

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case local law and jurisdiction may be applied.
