10 Realistic New Year’s Resolutions

1. Cook from scratch once a week
The best way to know what’s going in your food? Cook it yourself! Discover a new skill and some new dishes by cooking at home at least once a week.
2. Go for a daily walk
Even if only for ten minutes in your lunch break, getting outside for a walk is great exercise and will help you get some well-deserved fresh air!
3. Find some exercise clothes you feel good in
Nothing will make you want to get moving quite like a new outfit you feel great in!
4. Don’t check your phone after 9pm
That final social media check before bed may be affecting your sleep, so put your phone down before you hit the hay and get ready for some seriously good rest.
5. Clean your make-up brushes weekly
Show your tools (and your skin) some love, by giving your make-up brushes a proper clean once a week. There’s a first time for everything!
6. Start listening to audiobooks
Wish you had more time to read? Line up some audiobooks to listen to!

7. Discover new places
You don’t have to travel far to find somewhere new to enjoy. Try looking up recommendations for your local area and uncover places you’ve never explored.
8. Give ‘no’ a try
You may be overstretching yourself by trying to do everything. Give yourself permission to say ‘no’ to plans in favour of some me time!
9. Watch a classic every month
We all love a night in, whether it’s with friends or family and with so many classic movies to watch, why not plan to tick one off the list together each month?
