Lactofree® starts off as regular cows' milk and is filtered to remove half the lactose. Lactase enzyme is then added to the milk to break down the remaining lactose into simpler forms which the body can absorb. So what you get is delicious lactofree®, which has all the taste and nutritious goodness of regular milk, just without the lactose*.

Lactofree® Semi was first launched in 2006 and since then the range has grown to include 1 litre Semi (Chilled and Longlife), 1 litre Whole (Chilled and Longlife) and the most recent addition to the range is yogurt.
