Engineering manager
As a multi-disciplined engineer of graduate calibre and with solid people management experience, you'll take the lead on ensuring world-class performance and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Coaching and developing your team to deliver the very highest standards, we'll look to you to implement the plans that will meet site strategy and objectives, whilst working closely with other departments to deliver planned maintenance needs. Having worked in a food manufacturing/processing environment, you'll use your commercial acumen to negotiate contracts with external service providers and your good communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Engineering team leader
As a multi-disciplined engineer with a recognised qualification, you will be an immediate success in this role as you manage, motivate and develop a team of over 20 people to deliver on-going projects with a spend of up to £5 million. You'll ensure that all aspects of the engineering operation are resourced effectively to deliver output and quality goals, with a focus on continuous improvement. And you'll ensure that the SAP management system is managed, maintained and developed to enable responsive and fact-based actions.
Engineering technician

So you will not just be maintaining our equipment in top condition, you will be taking a pro-active approach to ensure that we can fulfil maximum lean manufacturing potential. You'll be looking at areas for autonomous maintenance across all production lines and process areas and will take a multi-disciplinary team approach as you deliver the benefits that will make a real difference.
You'll use a combination of tools and techniques like TPM, FMEA, 5's and Kaizen to help us achieve world class standards in OEE, quality and health & safety. And as you do so you'll be coaching and motivating other team members to take the lead, take an innovative approach and deliver best practice solutions, every time.
