My main areas of responsibility are ensuring that all site colleagues are inspired to deliver outstanding performance, that all products that leave site are of the highest quality and that our customers get their products at the right time and cost.

Since I joined the Hatfield team less than 5 months ago, we've reduced our annual costs by more that £2 million. In the same period, customer service, product quality and communication across the site have been significantly improved.

My background is a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology as well as postgraduate degrees in Brewing. I applied for a job at Arla Foods because I liked the people agenda and everyone's passion for what they do. This makes leadership fun and basically a matter of releasing the potential of the employees. I enjoy creating the enabling environment for my colleagues to deliver performances that exceed company expectations.
