I'm in charge of the overall supply of raw milk from our farmers to our dairies in Denmark and Sweden. This means I have to make sure that we're organised in the best possible way, that the right people are there to handle the tasks at hand — both ad hoc and in the long run — and that we constantly take care to minimise our costs.

I see a lot of myself in the Inspiring leader profile. I need to look ahead and forecast as accurately as possible, and adapt to the future in terms of competences, resources, organisation, technical solutions etc. Also, engaging my colleagues is a central responsibility, because it generates the will and the courage to achieve — and even exceed — our set goals.

I love working with people and making people work together to deliver results. The fact that my colleagues are all extremely dedicated and competent just makes my job even better!
