International career opportunities combined with challenging and interesting job areas was what initially caught my attention and led me to shift to Arla Foods. And I truly haven't been let down.

Drawing on my MSc in Agricultural Economics as well as experience from one of the major Danish financial institutes, I currently work on developing performance management in Arla Foods. This involves e.g. internal pricing, development of new models for performance management reporting, and milestone planning according to our Strategy 2013. I love the variety as well as the challenging nature of these tasks.

Arla Foods is an extremely dynamic company, which challenges my team and for me to be proactive, curious, fast and accurate. We always have our minds on the business and we're determined to deliver our best in order to develop the organisation. In fact, I guess this is what being a Commercial driver means to me.
