Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  • With your fingertips, rub together whole wheat flour, rolled oats, ground flaxseed, hazelnuts, pecans, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and lactose-free spreadable butter until you have a breadcrumb consistency. Set aside.
  • Place apples and plums into an oven-proof dish and mix with maple syrup and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over to cover the fruit. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with a dollop of lactose-free crème fraiche.
